Quiet location!

Website shows a bright clean app. Reality was it was dark and gloomy and rather grubby in places. I managed to get hot water in bathroom sink once in 2 days. Was hit with an extra £25 payment after we had booked and paid. Do not know why you need 19 emails during booking and after!

"Overpriced, damp but nice decor & great location"

Location & decor

Damp smell on arrival. Not been aired. Sofa damp Linen clean but pillows very poor - one very lumpy the other smelt of sweat. Dirty glass in cupboard with mould in it. Overpriced & extra charge waiver fee- made it a most as expensive as the hotel which included breakfast.
