"Comfortable facilities, easy check in."

Great location for our family needs. Lovely property, clean, well maintained. Refreshments available for us from first checking in, which was a great touch, after a long drive on motorway.

Lovely little property, had all we needed. George was lovely, we did not have any issues at all. Very generous welcome pack with lots of lovely food and drinks which we were not expecting. Would recommend. Thanks George x

We loved the location of this property for where we needed to stay. The property was immaculate and George gave us a very warm welcome, he was informative about the property. The cost to stay here is unbeatable and we would We loved the tray of goodies left for us and completely did not expect this but certainly a very welcomed added touch for us. We will 100000% recommend this to people we know looking for a place to stay in this area.

The host, Hayleigh, was delightful and welcomed us to the property to hand deliver the keys. The property was presented to a high standard and my children and I were pleased with the layout of the property, the facilities and the amenities were excellent.

Forgot to ask if there was any wi - fi, however, this was a very minor issue as were out watching the football so it was good for my children not to be on their devices.

Location was great. 2 minute walk from metro station. Easy to find using google maps. Private, comfortable, spacious and made welcome. Breakfast & coffee/tea facilities provided to make use off. Shower great, easy to work & warm. Bed and sofa bed both comfortable

Not clean bedding on beds and all kitchen units, bedroom side tables and bathroom door had a layer of dust so could be cleaner

Great little property, everything we needed for a night away while visiting aintree racecourse for a couple of days. Guy who checked us in was more than helpful. Accommodated for breakfast, great choice, covered adults & children. Highly recommend.

"Comfortable stay in a great position"

It was in an excellent location. Easy to drive to and 2 minutes walk from Orrell Park station into Liverpool city centre. The owner was helpful and provided a great selection of breakfast goods! Plenty of towels and extra bedding were provided and the heating worked effectively. The property was comfortable, self contained and had secure parking.
