Please take this as constructive feed back The accommodation was not clean , Animal hair on every thing, I did not read this was a pet friendly accommodation so my bad , but I have extreme allergies and struggled to breathe, an came out in a rash tbh I couldn't wait to get home , Kitchen utilities needed cleaning before I could cook Knives an forks had Old food on them Kitchen cupboard doors need cleaning And emptying and cleaning in the inside an bin previous guests food ect New sponges need to be added for every new guest stay Basic kitchen utilities need to be supplied Tin opener Spatula ect Animal hair even on the sponges Your bath needs replacing ASAP An your bathroom light cord needs looking at Sofa in the living room was full of crums in the cracks of the and sides The fan in the living room needs replacing The dvd player isn't working Door frames are split dangerous to the young children Overall this place needs a major revamp its probably the worst place i have stayed in , to the piont I lifted a day earlier This if place was advertised with parking a was not It also needs to be stated that its above a shop an is not acsses friendly, as I have mobility issues it was not a plesent stay if I am honest

Spacious and good location, short walk to the station.

Spring mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. Couldn’t get the DVD player to work.

We really liked the outdoor dining space.

Clean, easy access, clear instructions. Good communication, good location and very spacious. There are lots of sofas and mirrors which is perfect. We were 5 women getting ready for a Beyoncé concert so loved all the mirrors!!

The beds were not so comfy for us, but 2 of us have back problems so we are more critical.

Warm and spacious room. Good heating condition.

I recently stayed at this property for two days, and while it had potential, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a few significant issues. 1.Cleanliness: Upon arrival, it was evident that the property had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were visible signs of dirt and dust in several areas, which made the stay uncomfortable. 2.Odor: The property had a persistent unpleasant smell, which even after attempting to ventilate and clean, did not improve significantly during my stay. 3. Personal Items: Due to the lack of proper cleaning, it was unpleasant to find very personal items left in the house and the bedroom. This affected the overall comfort and sense of privacy during the stay. While the property itself has a lot of potential due to its location and amenities, these issues need to be addressed to ensure future guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience. “Photos as proof will not be uploaded with this feedback due to the property’s privacy considerations.” I hope this feedback helps in improving the standard of the property for future stays.
