Spacious, ideal location. Kitchen had enough facilities

Place was tired, in need of decorating. Noisy.... needs double glazing.

Very well equipped and all the necessary things for a short comfortable stay. Great communication and well located. Spacious and comfortable

The water pressure in the shower is weak and it is difficult to control the hot and cold water as the bathroom tap mixer probably needs replacing but is manageable.

Overall Good. Spacious for family that too with kids. Good Kitchen stuff.

Issue with boiler. Unable to watch YouTube.

Location is amazing. Underground Tube is 8 min by walk. Best location to get into London Luton airport.

Nothing. It wasn't very comfy but for the money in London it was great.

The place felt like home for our 5-night stay during Christmas. Nice, quiet location with great bus and tube connections to the centre, many shops and eateries around. Enough space for a family, great selection of DVDs and books.

Just problems with setting optimal temperature in the shower within a reasonable time. Overall, the bathroom and the kitchen would welcome a slight refurbishment touch to make a far better impression. The mattresses were too soft (I suffer from back pain)

The hosts were very easy to work with and helped us get settled in. The location is only a short walk to the train station and we had easy access to London. Also, there's a lot of restaurants and shops in the area!

The flat is spacious and the hosts have equipped it well; there were plenty of pans and plates etc in the kitchen and a good fridge, as well as useful things like hairdryers and irons. The hosts have tried to make it homely by leaving books and some tea, coffee etc in the cupboards. It's an easy walk from the tube station, there's a café downstairs and shops nearby. They sent useful directions and kept in touch well by message.

It hadn't been well cleaned; the bedsheets were not clean with little bits of sand and dirt in them and the floors were sticky. The mattresses and beds are old and springs and sticking out a bit so we had to put a thick duvet on top to make it comfortable. The shower is not great as it takes ages and a lot of fiddling to get it to keep a consistent temperature.
