The Court Yard Apartment - Fantastic location!

Great location, comfortable beds, large bathroom with decent shower, kitchen had everything we needed. Great views just over the road.

Good location right on seafront this is the best bit about the apartment. Responsive host

Property had not been cleaned on arrival since the last guests. Poor WiFi - not able to use for whole of stay as kept cutting out. Whole apartment is very damp and damp smelling. Outside had lots of cigarettes butts in the seating area - too dirty to use this space. There are no bins for the rubbish and we hunted around to find them and got shouted at by the neighbours. Uncomfortable beds and cheap duvets. Small shower that is falling apart.

There were minor issues such as the courtyard needs a good tidy up and clean. Window sills filthy.m on outsides.

The decor was lovely. And the hosts very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Cara was exceptional at solving a slight problem we encountered going above and beyond

Cleanliness & facilities

It was hard to locate which building it was in due to not much in the way of signage & we were unable to hear the host on the phone due to the high wind noise when trying to narrow down the building it was in. Perhaps using the ‘ what three words’ app to give its location as well as the postcode would help people locate it easier in future

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. The location was amazing.

Great view. All the facilities you could need were provided. Fridge, oven, microwave, kettle & toaster, vacuum cleaner and steam iron. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses etc. Good wifi.

Although free parking scratch cards were proved to cover the stay, their use was a little confusing. So perhaps a simple guide for the uninitiated would be very helpful.

Fabulous location! Well stocked with clean bedding and towels! Bath and shower a bonus! Lovely outdoor area, just perfect for a few days in Scarborough! Communication excellent! We will definitely return

The location was a little bit further out than we expected but within walking distance of the north bay if you are fit as uphill on the way back but is really close to the castle which has great views.
