location beds are very comfortable

The property was freezing when we arrived. so cold we had to go and purchase heaters as it took so long to heat. we went for a shop to Asda before we arrived. the first thing we done when we arrived in the property was put the oven on to heat to get dinner on, after 10minutes of the oven being on the whole flat was stinking. we opened the oven and it was absolutely disgusting! we quickly switched it off and decided not to cook. looking around the kitchen the place was absolutely filthy! we had bought food for cooked breakfast the next day but quickly agreed not to. everything was filthy, the oven, oven gloves (bacteria heaven), glasses (dirty with lipstick on), the fridge even the cutlery and tray with foot particles in the cutlery tray! we decided to clean 1 bunker and use that bunker only I moved to tea, coffee, sugar canister and it was clear it hadn’t been moved for along time. my cloth was filthy after cleaning a supposedly already clean surface. The doors of all kitchen cupboards could be doing with a paint but at the very least a good scrub. The carpets are filthy. luckily we had taken our own towels so I used the towels provided as a mat beside the bed so I could get out bed and put slippers on without standing on the filthy carpets The sofa was horrendous. despite there being plenty feedback left for the owners over the years nothing has been done. it’s covered with horrendous looking throws that are screaming for a wash. when you sit on the sofa the wooden frame cuts into your legs and you sink right into it which makes trying to get off the thing near impossible (we sat at the table and chairs instead, which isn’t ideal) The bathroom grout and seal is all mould ** if it was possible I’d upload more photos but it only allows 4.

clean and tidy. Good location. Excellent beds. Much appreciated added touches tea/coffee and milk.

it was perfectly located for our trip to Newcastle, a short walk from the Metro, it was situated in a quiet residential area, close to the Gosforth High Street. The bed was SO comfortable thank you!

it was difficult to find somewhere to park the car but we parked in the next street and either walked or travelled by metro.
