the location was good and property clean and tidy

downstairs neighbor was on phone or games console till 3:00 am and couldn’t get to sleep not property’s fault

Location was perfect for getting out and about, but I knew that before as I’m from the North East. The property was pitch perfect in terms of size and facilities.

Kitchen tap was a touch temperamental, not always producing hot water.

Nice to be left milk and tea bags. Properly civilised.

bed linen was lovely

unable to get access for 1 hour. property very tired. sofa dreadful, glasses unclean, paint peeling from ceiling, fridge rubber dirty, grease blobs on cooker hob, excessive mould on shower curtain and grout, and carpet stained throughout.

Property was in a good location for us and in a quiet residential road. It was as advertised though starting to look a bit tired as has been pointed out by other reviewers. Flat was warm and dog friendly. Place was clean.

Sofa is well past its best and is not comfortable. Ceiling in bathroom needs attention. Could do with coat hooks or stand down stairs. For some reason we couldn’t get hot water and central heating at the same time? Switch the heating off and hot water was available. Not a real problem as boiler is next to kitchen sink, it is an electrical shower and flat stays warm.
