Good location outside the city in a quiet residential area. Suited the needs of a family of 4 for one night. Beds very comfortable

There was zero hot water, despite my investigating the boiler settings Late check-in because the cleaner was late (but I am not sure they are doing their job very well, as evidenced by the below!) The towels smelled like they had been left on the floor of a rugby changing room for a week....we had to wash them at 90 degrees! The shower was poor and JUST warm The bathroom was shabby, the paint was peeling and there were cobwebs all over the ceiling. The bedside cabinets were filthy around the drawer openings The place is very very tired, with stained carpets, terribly old and worn furniture, etc The bedroom mirror was dangerously repaired with an angled screw at one of the legs, and it collapsed, almost onto my 3-year-old daughter! There was a nail jutting from the carpet!!! There was a lot of noise from the flat below, heard through paper-thin floors!

Great location for us to visit family, with a friendly and helpful owner (good communication). Had all the necessities for us as a family with a toddler. The property was clean and the beds very comfy with lovely bedding. We had no issues with temperature or hot water. Overall good value particularly at the time of year we went.

Parking could be hit and miss in front of the property (did have to park further up the road), we did always get parked up though and this was expected from previous comments. There was a lad who enjoyed gaming beneath us that we could hear, but his mum did tell him only one more game so he didn't keep us up later than midnight :-). Our Toddler did manage to sleep through it though so it wasn't too bad. The property does generally need a little TLC, the bathroom/ carpet could do with a refresh, but for the size of the apartment and the location it is great for the price.

It was easy to check in and out. Location is very good. Quiet neighbourhood.

The flat needs attention to make it more comfortable. The sofas are really bad, need to be replaced. Bedsheets in one room had stains and towels were old and at least one smelled of mold. Kitchen was clean, except for sticky cutlery drawer. Appreciated the pint of milk in the fridge but not the old coffee with what it looked like bugs in it.
