Quiet corner of Gosforth but handy park nearby and near to the high street for restaurants. ( Adrianis Fortuna is dog friendly. ) Really comfortable beds and spacious flat.

Dirty stains on carpet made it feel grubby. Very hot through night.

Lovely spacious property easy access into town. Parking across the street. Clean and warm. All we needed for a quick overnight stay. Bedding and bed comfy and clean.

Stayed for one night and found that the flat was clean and spacious. Bedrooms were a decent size. Really good location for transport links and there is a large Asda within 15 minutes walk plus a local corner shop just down the road. Managed to get parked across from the property. Information from the hosts was spot on.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get the hot water to work but didn't find this out until later in the evening so there wasn't time to get this sorted. Disappointed wife as she wanted to have a bath. As mentioned by others, the wifi didn't reach into one of the bedrooms but this wasn't an issue for such a short stay. The sofa in the living room could do with some support underneath the cushions as was a bit soft - realised this is also a sofa bed too so additional sleeping area if required.

The location was great for what we wanted. All the facilities that we needed were provided.

The carpet in the living room was clean but had a lot of stains.

Comfortable beds and pillows, hot water and great pressure in the showers, lots of space in the property so didnt feel cramped

Walls are paper thin, could hear everything every neighbour below and next door were doing ... neighbours vaccuuming and drilling late at night so made it hard to fall asleep

Location, close to shops, park, metro. Comfortable beds. Washing machine, had everything needed.

The place was shabby. Worn carpet, cobwebs, unkept garden. A bit student digs.

Area was safe

Garden was overgrown and a great big dog 💩 we had to walk past to get to the door
