Location and cost

Had trouble getting TV to work and tried to contact host but dud not get a reply but managed to sort the issue myself.

Got to the property and couldn’t get in with the code provided so had to contact property owner for the correct code. Once inside the property the carpets were filthy, the bathroom ceiling was all peeling away and no toilet roll in the property. Cobwebs all on the ceilings leading into the property. Also the view from main bedroom window was dog feces all over the garden. Shame because the property on photos looked amazing but the area location was good. Not far from city centre and not too expensive in taxi fare

Eye level clean was OK, lots of cobwebs around in corners & on bathroom tiles though.

Clean and modern

The property was immaculately clean. The double beds were extremely comfortable and a dream to sleep in. The single glazed windows did make the property feel cold, but not cold enough to turn the heating on. The sofa and chair in the main room were comfortable but the solid wooden bar on the front edge of the sofa and chair did make sitting in the sofa and chair slightly unconfortable. The location only being 5 minutes walk from South Gosforth Metro station is ideal if you want to get to central Newcastle.

The area was nice and the place was warm and welcoming , close to local shops and very quiet at night.

The stairs up to the flat were quite steep and the heating was confusing

EVERYTHING BLOODY MARVELOUS

Location was very good, and the flat is, potentially, a great apartment. Bedrooms are nicely decorated and had nice, clean bedlinen on beds.

Carpets are filthy and threadbare. Seating in the lounge for 3, but apartment has 2 double rooms and a bed settee. Settee in lounge dirty and uncomfortable. Only 2 wine glasses. Water was cold, had to boil the kettle to wash dishes. Boiler needs a service - pressure in the red at 3 bars. Overall, extremely unsatisfactory.
