"Deep clean required"

The beds were clean and comfy good location

The only positive was the beds were clean and comfy.  The bedside tables were thick with dust and the windows surrounded by mould. bedside light in double room does not work and the ceiling light is dangling off the ceiling and looks dangerous.  The bathroom everything was very dirty. The shower head is black with mould the bath and shower screen seals black with mould. The bathroom floor is thick with dirt.  The oven and grill are very dirty and belched out black acrid smoke when switched on. The sofa is well past it's best and the arm of sofa is very dirty.  I was very disappointed and was actually scared  taking a shower that I would get legionnaires from the dirty shower head. I certainly would not stay here again. Definitely not worth £220 a night.  You definitely need to improve the cleanliness.  Regards Dianne

"Enjoyable apart from the stairs!"

Perfect location

On top floor no lift about 6 flights up a nightmare with bags. Building work being done plaster dust everywhere on the stairs and banisters. They were paining as we left so should be finished soon.

"Apartamento nuevo y limpio bien situado pero una cuarta planta sin ascensor"

El apartamento está nuevo y muy espacioso con todas las comodidades para una estancia para 3/4 personas. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Glasgow cerca del centro y la zona de bares y restaurantes

Es una cuarta planta sin ascensor y no lo sabíamos. Viajamos con una persona mayor y supuso un inconveniente. El edificio actualmente está en obras y los operarios comienzan a hacer ruido a las 8 h esta situación llevaba semanas y no nos informaron hasta el día antes de la llegada como si fuese algo imprevisto. El tren pasa al lado del apartamento y vibra todo cada vez que lo hace, desde las 6 a.m.

Great location , inside the flat was good.

Only found out the access was under building renovation and so workmen drilling and it was dusty. The settee was stained and wet on 2 of the cushions.
