El gran punto a favor de este apartamento es la ubicación. Muy cerca del centro de Glasgow, se puede ir andando y sin duda, el parking gratis es una ventaja. El apartamento muy bien decorado, limpio y cómodo por dentro. Los sofás son súper cómodos, las habitaciones también amplias y geniales para descansar después de un día de turismo. Aunque no tiene ascensor, las escaleras son amplias para subir con maletas.

Es un apartamento algo ruidoso. El tren pasa justo por al lado y el apartamento tiembla. También suenan muchísimo los extractores de aire del baño y de la cocina. Tuvimos problemas con la regulación de la temperatura del agua de la ducha (excesivamente caliente o muy fría, fue imposible obtener una temperatura estable y agradable ningún día que la usamos). Se nos atascó el lavabo del baño al primer uso y no pudimos usarlo. Intentamos por todos los medios desatascarlo sin resultado. Cuando dejamos el apartamento, recibimos un mensaje de los dueños diciendo que tenía fácil solución. Lamentablemente, nosotros no dimos con ella. Si vas solo un par de noches y estás todo el día fuera nada de esto representa gran problema.

Location good quite central to get around the city especially train. Good selection of places to eat nearby.

Describe no lift but would have liked information stating just how many flights of stairs to walk up with luggage especially as an older person. Not the nicest entrances and stair area, run down, smelly need of modernisation. The apartment overall quite nice. Kitchen, dining area and lounge very nice facilities good making self catering stay work well. The bathroom with shower over bath was adequate but a real problem is every time you switch the bathroom light on which has to be all the time on entering because no window with daylight the extractor fan comes on and it is loud. This isn’t good especially if anyone is trying to sleep. Another consideration needs to be made to change the bed. On every turn and move its squeaks making an awful noise. Very difficult to sleep through the night.

I loved that we had plenty of space to relax with a nice kitchen. It is in a great location. Close to historical sights, great food, shopping and Coffee.

The only thing that I didn’t like was late night street noise. But I brought ear plugs. I still got a good nights sleep. 😴

Perfect location for us. The apartment was clean and tidy and I appreciated the excellent communications from the hosts. Really nice that tea, coffee and sugar were supplied.

Just a couple of small things - the bedside lamp did not work and the window blinds were very fragile. I was terrified I would break them. Also the lock to the apartment door itself was difficult to get to engage and lock fully.

Good location, spacious living area with sofa good for relaxing.

Beds - one double metal frame which was very noisy and creaked anytime you moved, kept waking you up in the night. Single bed very soft mattress with no support and only suitable for a shorter person. My friend who is 5ft slot in it. Water - no hot water no matter how long the tap was run for in bathroom or kitchen, with no dishwasher either this made it difficult for hand washing and washing dishes. No mention in manual of how to get hot water not that there should be it should just come out the tap! Dryer for clothes is listed in the facilities but couldn’t find one. Only place to look was wardrobe as cupboard in kitchen living area was locked. Had to use a decorative towel rail from bathroom to hang clothes on after getting caught in the rain as no tumble dryer in property. Check in - received a text with a code to enter gate and CODE to enter apartment. Was not instructed to look for an email which had gone to junk. Text misleading as the apartment code was a key box code not a keyless entry. Be better if all the info was in one form rather than messages on booking.com and then messages off the platform from different sources. Was told repeatedly there was a link to follow in the text message. There was no link I still have the message with no link to other check in instructions.

There were no provisions but locally supermarket was open. Location perfect. Secure parking once we sorted that out was great.

communication re where hidden key was located poor. Fact that apartment was up on third floor was never indicated ,without lift. We were fortunate to have our daughter with us who carried our luggage up 3 flights(2 flights per floor). There was no hot water in sink for two days we were there.
