Il check-in solo dopo le 16.00 troppo tardi. Non abbiamo ricevuto in tempo utile le informazioni per accedere al l’appartamento e abbiamo perso molto tempo per poter accedere perché poi quando sono arrivate non erano chiare. Non sono stati capaci di aiutarci adeguatamente. Per tre giorni non abbiamo avuto acqua calda nonostante lo avessimo subito segnalato
