Beautiful Seaside Apartment-free parking

Location was excellent and it was a cosy flat

Electric sockets on the floor so difficult to use .

Unusable saucepans, dirty shower curtain, dirty hand basin in bathroom, smoke alarm bleeping in kitchen, exposed wires in kitchen, mucky tangle of wires behind tv, dirty(?) washing left on sofa, "garden " was a very small yard enclosed by fencing, trip hazard from trailing wire in bedroom, front door in terrible condition.

Clean and spacious apartment in a good location for beach and shops. Comfortable seating, good TV and WIFI and well equipped. Nice to have outside space.

Needs some TLC in places esp bathroom. A bit mismatched and heavier curtains needed for morning light.

broken sofa didnt feel safe to sit on back steps someone has re-pointed the edges to thick so cannot fit feet on steps properly No small pan had to cook everything in large pan

Broken toilet seat, although we reported it no answer or attention made Broken toilet holder, fell off wall as no screws Bathroom blind broken and not working, in up position and opposite other housing Towels tired quality Insufficient kitchen equipment, no dishes for heating in microwave or oven Broken sofa arm, could not lean on it Bedding tired and inferior, duvet covers too small for duvet so duvet rolled up inside cover Parking is on street with a permit but back street parking is very limited, not private as quoted in write up No welcome book or information about disposal of rubbish or recycling Garden is a yard down steep flight of steps and not useable, rusty chairs and sitting by bins The whole apartment needs attention, website write up and photos vastly misleading

Convenient . Washing machine . Kitchen towels and Netflix

Description misleading . Not beautiful . On street permit parking and a bin yard down steep steps - not a garden . Lots of maintenance needing addressing . Stained mattresses and pillows . Have told owner and have been promised these issues will be addressed .

The pictures do not show how run down this property is. It needs a good lick of paint. New furniture that is not stained and falling apart. A kitchen that matches. A cleared garden space and the bannister down to the garden space needs fixing a real health and safety hazard. Front door could do with painting as well. I so debated whether to stay or not when I first got there
