The Uplands Apartments

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Fresh linen was delivered on request.

If you didn’t have a car it was at the top of a hill and half a mile out of St Helier making it difficult to reach Restaurants etc.People were smoking at the bottom of our staircase. Maybe smoking should only be allowed in the car park area away from the property. The description and photos on Booking.com were misleading. Our apartment was smaller than expected.

The service provided by the staff member Peter was exceptional, providing us with helpful tips about the island and making sure our stay was catered for with clean towels, etc.

Peter, our apartment host, was truly the best, nothing wad ever too much trouble, and he gave us a first class show around the apartment, provided us with everything to cover our stay over the weekend....there were handy maps, guide books, and all the apartment facilities instructions on hand...this company has got it right 100%...they had no problem with us checking in early to meet from our early morning BA flight from Heathrow, effectively giving us an extra day on location...

check in and out was easy. you can walk down to town but its better to take the bus back up the hill. it takes about 20 mins to walk to the centre of St. Helier.

The size of the rooms and the layout The location was quiet. It was a lovely apartment to come home to after a day exploring. The bed was huge and I loved the total separation of the bedroom and lounge. One of the biggest one bedroom apartments I have stayed in. Paval the manager is very good at his job. We had a problem with the bathroom fan and immediately he came to our apartment to see what could be done. He moved us to another apartment. He is very efficient and caring about the people that stay there

Tbh it didn’t bother me but it’s about a 10 minute walk to the bus station in the centre of town

Well appointed, immaculately clean. Had everything I needed. Thank you. I would love to come back.

This is fake apartament

He take me out without a reason , they put money to not be refunded because they get out the person after 1 hour stay , in the booking they put I will stay at apartment 10 but when I arrived there changed my apartament number , after 1 hour they get me out without a reason, I was call the police because I have a video with the landlord when he put me out ,take my money and he don't give me a reason about thet,I think was just to take the money 🤑

Ideal location, very comfortable & everything you need. Liked that they had provided some essentials - tea, coffee, milk & washing up liquid.

Second time we have stayed here. Nice quiet location. Well equipped apartment, very good for a family of four.
