Very clean spacious apartment has everything you need. Would definitely book again

That you are charged a £50 cleaning fee and also £250 damage deposit which isn’t made crystal clear at time of booking.

Love house, the amenities were handy. 15 minutes walk from the seaside.

Unclean bedding. Itched our skin, and we had to get additional bedding the next day. Sadly, we both developed a rash on our bodies. I'm still using ointment to treat rashes since the weekend away, and so is my husband. My mum was in the twin bedroom and reported that her sheets were clean, which was a relief for us. Female used pad found in the room bin with used coffee cup on our arrival. Hair in the kitchen sink. No extractor in the bathroom, so do shut the door as you shower. Leake around commode. On report, I was asked if I had reported all the above issues. Unfortunately, I go on holiday/weekend away to rest, not to spend time raising issues that could have beeb avoided. Well, there are a majority of issues. Parking is not free. There are restrictions that could have been better communicated. Nice place, just needs some TLC

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It has comfortable beds, a decent shower and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Quiet location.

Decorated beautifully, we liked the electric fireplace and the shower had great pressure. The beds were very comfy and the property felt very clean.

I didn’t like the minimal supply of coffee and sugars it felt like we had to ration it and we didn’t end up with a coffee on our final morning, it would’ve been nice to have a proper container of coffee and sugar as similar places I have stayed have had. Also the long life milk felt a bit cheap and for the price we paid it would’ve been much nicer to have a small carton of milk in the fridge when we arrived. Perhaps even a note to say welcome and some biscuits. Just a little touch like that would’ve really made this property a 10/10.

Location was good. Parking was the best we've had in scarborough, we found even though it was street parking we didn't struggle at all. Apartment was clean and homely with good facilities. You can walk into town / beach easily. Handy with the sainsburys so close for bits and bobs. We where a family with a two year old and four year old and they both enjoyed there stay.

Only thing it needs is coasters for your cups! (Apologies if there was some but found none located at the dining and coffee table) very small thing but I wouldn't like anyone putting cups on my furniture with none.
