No 1 The Paragon

This was our 3rd visit to the flat. It's a great location to enjoy Bath. The flat is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a large bedroom. Always clean and tidy.

The apartment was spacious, well appointed and had great views. Overall, it was great. The only problem was the bed was uncomfortable, seemingly needing a new mattress given the sag.

This centrally located apartment has been furnished to a very high standard, is well maintained and very comfortable. All city attractions and restaurants are easily within walking distance. The view over the river valley is exceptional. Our host was in touch well before our arrival date and was very quick to respond to our questions, including arranging parking to cover our stay.

Perfectly appointed and in the perfect location at the centre of everything yet the apartment was peaceful and quiet.

Beautiful apartment that needs a little tender loving care; excellent location. Well equipped kitchen so able to cook for ourselves. Washing machine/dryer. Plenty of storage space and clean linen. Host extremely helpful. This apartment could be five star with a little bit of maintenance and more attention to housekeeping.

Cleanliness - cutlery with food stuck on, coffee pots stained and with grounds still in filters, plugs in sinks badly stained. Ironing board cover badly stained. Knobs falling off bedside table drawers. Smoke alarm went off early one morning while we still in pyjamas. An hour later it was still going. Noise was dreadful. Host was unable to rectify the problem remotely and had to get an electrician to come and explain how to turn it off. After hoping for a quiet recovery morning we had to hurriedly get dressed and go out. Apparently someone in the basement had burnt their toast!!
