Nothing.

Communications were useless. On the Friday I told the owner I wasn't going as my father had died. I got an email later reminding me about my stay. That evening I got another email hoping I was enjoying my stay. I told them again I wasn't there because my father had died. On Saturday I got another email reminding me about checking out on Sunday. So basically this owner takes no notice of the messages you send them...just as well nothing had happened at the property else I would never have got hold of them. Ignoring messages is bad enough but under the circumstances made it even more stressful.

Clean and had all the facilities for an apartment.

It was exceptionally noisy on the street just outside the apartment, so we got very little sleep sadly.

The room itself was comfortable with a good sized kitchen and bonus - a washing machine!

Bathroom has a broken shower head holder and the shower drain wouldn't drain without removing the whole drain cover (not a nice thing to do in paid accommodation). Very close to bars and when we checked in with young children an inebriated man, holding a glass of beer followed us into the lift. Walls between accommodation are very thin and on a Friday and Saturday night there was a lot of night activity!
