Luxury Apartment

Spotlessly clean. Very modern decor and furniture. Bathroom a good size, nice kitchen. Location fabulous, right in the centre of town. Very comfortable bed. Would stay here again

Only thing I didn't like was having to pay quite a large room deposit on top of the cost of the room. First time I've ever had to do that and I do a lot of travelling

Close to pier and sea front. Only minutes walk to most attractions and town.

Good location, close to north pier. Car park opposite (payable). Comfy beds and roomy apartment.

Needs some general maintenence, there is a panel missing in kitchen door. Also no heating in the kitchen, quite cold at times. Seal around bathtub needs redoing, coming away. Some furniture and radiators damaged with bumps. Didn't use cooking facilties so can't comment as we mainly ate out but only three tea spoons, could do with some more cutlery save washing all the time. Check in process could be smoother with deposit/id details requested after booking rather than a day and two before arrival. Wrong lockbox code given but sorted within 10 minutes.

Bedroom was nice but was lots of damages in apartment on arrival.

Location felt a little scary especially at night , Was no light at side gate .

All the rules that they send to you after you’ve paid you cant do a thing otherwise they keep the deposit

I would not recommend this apartment for any kind of stay, I took my family to Blackpool last week and we booked this place to stay, from the offset we had a very bad experience, the access to the accommodation is questionable, it is allocated down a dirty alley way. This area has a constant smell of urine and feaces. We paid £150 deposit, this con man has returned £78 and kept £72 they said that the hanging rack rail was bent… May I add that i didn’t even unpack my belongings and i didn’t even use the rack! We looked after the apartment and everything was left as we found it but this person is just looking to take more money from its clients. Avoid at all costs! I will be contacting the ombudsman and my bank!
