Luxury Apartment

The property is beautiful inside and has everything you need for a short stay.

The gated entrances were a nightmare to get opened, and seemed to take us forever to get in and out each day, which was frustrating when traveling with two autistic children.

This is luxury for Blackpool, and for the people saying it isn’t then they haven’t stayed in Blackpool before, amazingly clean, comfy beds, great location, we didn’t experience any noise problems. It’s above a set of garages but never felt unsafe. Everything was so well explained even how to open the gate properly (can’t believe that in one review they climbed over 😂😂) very clear instructions for everything. Everything inside is labelled for ease.

The £150 deposit isn’t rare but waiting 14 days to get it back is (some people live on tight budgets) I messaged 5 days after checking out they made an excuse that the cleaner hadn’t washed sheets… they left it till the 14th day. It’s a shame cause it’s lovely. and would have given it 9/10 if it wasn’t for this… owner needs to know this is effecting people. It is hard to get out bath but there is a rail… don’t think it’s suitable for people with legs issues as stairs were steep and front door heavy. Little things that need fixing…rip in corner of bed, very annoying dripping tap, crack in bedroom mirror.

Good location close to the town centre

Overall the place looked clean but looking closer it’s not as clean as you may think, I wiped along the top of photo frames on walls, lights in bedroom and the sheer about of dust spoke for its self. To say the cleaner goes in at 10:00 (that’s why you have to be out) and doesn’t leave apparently until 3pm (when you can check in) is confusing because what is getting cleaned? I’d say only to eye level. Tap in kitchen dripped all night and could hear it from the bed room. Stairs up to the apartment quite steep. TV didn’t work at first we had to fiddle around with a few wires to get it working (they did offer to send someone out but insisted it worked before we got there)

Beautiful apartment , spotlessly clean, very well equipped kitchen area. Owner responded quickly to any queries. I will definitely book again. Thank you !

Apartment was clean with good facilities and very organised. Communication from owners was brilliant on key location and access. It was great for location to Winter Gardens as well (less than 5min walk) I would recommend it to others.

The tap in the kitchen had a drip but that's literally the only thing i could pick fault with! Because of the stairs to the apartment and getting in/out of the shower i would say not the apartment for you if you have mobility issues.
