Lovely 2BDR Ground floor Apt By Diakonia Residences Birmingham With Private Terrace

Druggies outside apartment and we was at bottom floor No sleep for 3 nights because of drug users shouting stuff

Excellent location, easy to park on the street, and 5 - 10 minutes walk to the canals or city centre. It's not luxurious but has everything you need and plenty of room. Also able to speak to a helpful human on the phoneline to verify entry arrangements.

It needs more comfortable chairs in the kitchen/living room

The rooms are okay

Washroom is a two way, there was no lock from the inside of one of the door, too much noise outside.

Great space and a great location central. This apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Communication was easy, along with a very quick response.

Location, parking, it didn’t smell in general. Neighbours were friendly. Easy instructions. Beds were cosy.

I didn’t like the fact that the fridge smelt like something died in it. The living room heater didn’t work. Bathroom kinda moldy.
