It was very clean, quiet and a good size apartment. It was right next to the train station, the shower was brilliant and it was easy to access.

Lovely, big apartment, it's close to shops and the beach and also short walk to the town itself, also if you wanted to leave your car at home the apartment is next to the train station, just a thought.

Plenty of space in the apartment. Very central location.

The sensor light in the hall was right in front of the bedroom and was disturbing when someone moved at night. The bathroom is in an annexe to the apartment and was very cold to visit. The hot water was barely hot. I would consider it was more on the warm side. They need to put some cushions on the lounge for better comfort.

Pros - clean rooms, good location (shops & promenade nearby), prompt communication with the owner. Cons - not at all beachfront, in fact it's Weymouth train station front. It's a 6-7 mins walk from the promenade, no view of the sea whatsoever from the place. We stayed for 2 nights. Room heating turns off at around 4 am in the morning(we know as we woke up that time as we had to leave early). Starts back again at around 9 am (first morning we complained as we found the place freezing. The owner mentioned it automatically turns off if the room is around 22-23° but we doubt that as the entire day it didn't turn off once, even if it was quite warmer. Street parking is available everywhere but for permit holders or 1 hour max. The owner asked for £10/night. In nearby car parks (around 7-8 mins walk) they charged hourly for the day but overnight is free.

Very spacious, good location and well equipped with plenty of utensils and a range cooker! Tea, coffee, sugar and condiments provided.

Bathroom was through a utility room and during the night was very cold - would recommend a dressing gown if visiting in the winter. but it did have a small electric heater which was nice when getting out of the shower.

Didn’t know that you had to pay a fee for the parking permit until we arrived. Permit costs £10 per night cash parking later in the evening was a bit of a challenge but found somewhere eventually
