It was very dirty, plates had food on form previous people who stayed there, the step in the bathroom was a pain and it all looked like to was very rushed to be put together. The staff member who greeted wasn’t particularly friendly just said hi and when I asked about paying for the car permit he was a bit moody and demanded cash, I just had enough cash in my car but think they should either bill it online or invest in another form of payment as people very rarely carry cash now. 4/10 stay

Very comfortable.. everything you needed was there... Host extremely helpful nothing too much trouble... Location perfect next to train station and public transport... Spotlessly clean Definitely go again

Couldn't fault it

The location was close to the train station and every other place of importance. Comfortable, clean, very spacious and had all the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable.

Having a whole ground apartment and large kitchen to yourself

Lovely large space, clean and comfortable. Great location behind the train station. It was well equipped for a long stay. Although we only stayed a single night we would definitely book again. Herok provided us a parking permit for the stay, which was very useful.

Only an observation, It Could do with another sofa or some armchairs in the lounge and a table and chairs on the patio. Parking has limited spaces outside the accommodation, so just be aware of that.

The location was great. Really close to beach and shops. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The host was really responsive, every time I contacted him he was available.

The flat was not clean, the kitchen had lots of drawers with nothing in, but were all dirty. The cutlery draw was dirty. The window sills had dead flies on. The place looked like it had bot been dusted or properly cleaned for a long time.. There was one small baking tray provided. There was a big oven, with 4 sections. It was filthy. The bathroom was very narrow. We just about managed to move about in there at size 10. There was some sort of coating on top of the bathroom floor tiles, which was coming off on our feet. The patio was very sad looking, with a disused sink thrown in the corner. The wall of the patio area had been painted but was peeling off. There was a washing line with 1 peg. For 2 of us, they provided 2 coat hangers. We requested some more upon arrival and again later that day but none were provided. When we arrived, the lock to the flat was broken, but the owner did repair it that afternoon. We were staying in the ground floor flat, so we entered through the front door, then went through another door. The rest of the house, the upstairs was used by the owner's family,, with no separating door other than the one to the ground floor flat, so you could hear them talking and moving about in the evening and early morning.. We did ask if there would be anyone else in the house and were told there would not. We paid £482 for 3 nights. This was not the bottom price for a flat in Weymouth on our dates, but I don't think it is at the standard you would expect for that price. House rules were stuck on the wall with brown tape. Nothing was done with any love and care. The host provided tea bags, washing up liquid and 2 toilet rolls.
