great location for walking into the centre of Windsor

bathroom is in a difficult location, you have to walk through the main bedroom to access. was fine for us staying with our children, but would be awkward for couples.

location was good , court yard got lots of sun,

bathroom is through bedroom, court yard is through the other bedroom, other than that it was cosy

the outside property looks uncared. the back garden was a complete disaster. only one bathroom with access through the bedroom. unspecified on property details the £250 deposit that is mandatory, the deposit will be refunded if everything is ok after 2weeks and an additional £5 admin fee for using Superhog platform to pay the deposit and do the ID check.

The property description was misleading regarding the location of the only bathroom and toilet I.e. that the bathroom had to be accessed through bedroom 1. We were with friends so this caused significant embarrassment which impacted our stay

The only positive thing I can say about this accommodation is the location is great

In my opinion this accommodation was unfit and dangerous. I had my 4 year old with me and I was so shocked when I saw the radiator broken with sharp edges hanging off the wall, the lamp was broken and sharp and the carpet grips were exposed which my son did actually stand on. The front window doesn't have curtains so we didn't use the living room after dark. The TV hardly worked. The garden had dog or cat poo and was very over grown so didn't have the option to sit out.

Not only had the apartment not been cleaned on our arrival after the previous renters, but the outside area was disgusting - weeds, discarded poo bags - obviously been neglected for a long time. We stayed long enough to book ourselves into the nearest hotel. One good point we were given a full refund without quibble.

close to town and all ground floor as elderly travelling with us, nice size rooms and beds, good kitchen

no thermostat, whole place was freezing cold all weekend, answer machine only. locks not the securest, and needs a shower or toilet in second bedroom as bath slippy and needs handle for less able bodied / disabled to wash. and walking through other bedroom to wc was problematic.
