Nice little personal touches.

Tiny criticism. I'm a sucker for a correctly stretched carpet. Totally understand why you wouldn't bother in this circumstance though.

Jon was so lovely. Really helpful and accommodating The flat had every thing you could possibly need and was very clean and comfortable Lots of little touches made it a joy. Great position next to a bunch of cafes/restaurants etc but still very peaceful

Apologies for delay in providing this review Jon, it just slipped my mind and I have been very busy. The studio flat is very well equipped, it has everything you might need. Jon is very accommodating and friendly. He called me the day before I had to travel to Hull to let me know that he had a problem with the doors of the shower and that he was on it to resolve it and also giving me the choice to re-book and/or get a refund. There was no need, I travelled to the flat and the same afternoon the issue was resolved thoroughly. Jon was ver thoughtful throughout and there was breakfast cereals, milk, water, toilet paper, chocolate, brioches. Great experience and I have already booked some more dates for when I get back to Hull for work. Thank you Jon!
