"Superb"

Everything!! So comfortable, clean and quiet. Jon was an amazing host - so friendly. I stay away a lot with work and stay in a multiple of venues. This was superb. Great location, what Jon has done with this place is brilliant. All amenities, huge selection of spices and breakfast options in fridge, fresh milk and outside, your own private space, surrounded by bamboo and climbers and a 1st for me - comfortable cushions to sit on!!! Princesses Ave and Newland Ave have a plethora of independent bars, restaurants and shops - all easy walking distance. Cannot recommend enough.

Well after been told I would receive a refund for one night due to having not stayed for even one night.. which I still have not got. I wouldn’t recommend.. I turned up thinking it was an apartment it’s actually an Anex in some one’s house who actually lives upstairs.. which I wasn’t aware of when booking so I arranged alternate accommodation which I had to pay for.. I was told I would be refunded one night which I still have not received.. Been told by booking.com that this hasn’t even been processed when I stayed nearly over a month ago This was on the understanding I wouldn’t leave a bad review.. But seems I’m the only one out of pocket

Friendly welcome. Helpful provision of tea, coffee, herbs and spices in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet location but close to regular buses into the centre.

"Really great stay, friendly host and suited us perfectly!"

We were visiting friends and wanted our own space but at a reasonable cost! This was perfect location for where they live as well as the area being great, the bed was so comfortable, it was spacious, warm and felt private.
