Stunning Spacious Central Apartment near Parade Gardens

The location was great but, as expected, very noisy. The earplugs supplied were appreciated but not enough to drown out the noise from the rattling of the windows on the top floor. Perhaps some wedges good be supplied to reduce the rattling?

See above. Plus I did not receive any instructions on how to get the keys despite making contact via email and through Booking.com on our arrival. In the end I had to telephone the host directly.

Excellent location in the centre of Bath, apartment spacious and well equipped

A bit noisy at night, may have been due to the time of year with the Christmas market and university students having fun, but we were all young once

Superb and very central location with fabulous views, luxurious and spacious accommodation, very helpful staff and lovely cafe downstairs.

Nothing apart from some noise from people queuing for the nightclub next door, we did not hear any noise from the nightclub itself and earplugs were provided!

The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, making arrival stress-free and efficient. The property itself was impressively clean, with the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms all well-maintained and spotless. Furnishings throughout the rental were comfortable and thoughtfully chosen, with beds that provided a restful night’s sleep. On top of that, the location was excellent, very close to key attractions, dining options, and easy access to transportation, which made exploring the area very convenient.

The main downside was the significant amount of street noise that carried into the rental, especially during the evening and early morning hours. While the hosts did provide ear plugs as a thoughtful gesture, the noise level may still be bothersome for light sleepers. This issue aside, the overall experience was positive, but guests should be prepared for the lively surroundings.

Location is fantastic with everything a 5-6 minute walk. Bath is a fantastic city and the apartment is right in the middle. We were a group of eight and four in one room (twin and bunk beds), a twin and a large double. Apartment is lovely with a well appointed kitchen and living room.

Location great in terms of access to the Abbey and it’s above a great vegetarian cafe/restaurant, the Green Rocket. Very spacious apartment. Kitchen very well equipped. Comfortable beds and sofas.

The location is not good in terms of late night noise. The shower in the main bathroom on the upper level was not working. It would be a good idea to have hand rails across from the upper bedroom to the upper level bathroom.

The location and views were superb. The towels and bed linen were really nice quality and the whole place was clean and spacious. The cafe down below was lovely and the staff very friendly.

The noise from people queuing for the nightclub in the basement was quite bad from about 10.30 although the owner of the property did supply earplugs. We were there Friday and Saturday so assume these are the busiest nights. This was our compromise to be in such a beautiful apartment in the centre of bath.
