Stunning Spacious Central Apartment near Parade Gardens

A little bit noisy at night, but nothing absurd. The oven is not working but we managed to prepare the food using the grill.

extremely large and spacious, amazing location close to all the city centre sites; very comfortable and clean.

Amazing location,close to the station, fab restaurants, Bath Abbey and Baths.Excellent communication with our host throughout arranging early access to the property and storage of luggage after departure. Appartment stunning in every way, comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen.Last but not least, fabulous cafe for breakfast downstairs. We travelled as a group of six women and will all be recommending to friends and family.Thank you so much, Philip.

Location excellent 👌 unfortunately this means when the windows are open it is a little noisy.

Great location for looking around Bath. Lovely views from the twin room.

Unfortunately we stayed when the weather was very hot so bigger fans would have been good. But I’m sure normally it would be fine.It could do with a deeper clean at some point it was dusty behind beds etc but overall it was clean. We had to ask the cafe below to take our rubbish as we did know where to take it ?

Location was good except for the Nightclub below the property.

The property advertises 3 bathrooms this is incorrect there are two bathrooms and a seperate toilet, its not a bathroom. The Nightclub below was incredibly noisy until well past 3am, totally not acceptable.

Spacious and very well equipped. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
