Stunning Spacious Central Apartment near Parade Gardens

Incredible location. Super friendly host. Extremely spacious apartment.

Location, Clean and good quality sheets and beds. Kitchen good but smells musty

Central Heating not working in my bedroom and bathroom. Person allowing access was not able to get heating working. Offer of plug in free standing heaters not suitable for rooms with very high ceilings Carpet on Stairs up to door and stairs inside the apartment were shabby and dirty looking. the stairways were very off putting

It was very spacious over 3 floors and clean. Nearby parking is a bonus for Bath city centre.

Having elderly parents it was very very difficult to move my parents around four flights of stairs. Some of the radiators did not work- the shower on the top floor was very small and you could hardly move in there. The portal needs to be clear that this property is on three floors and not suitable for people who struggle to walk.

Washing machine is keep in the store room, looks dusty and not sure if it is usable.

Didn’t bother us but there are lots of narrow stairs, so not suitable for everyone 😊

The property was spacious and had all the utensils you needed. There were enough comfortable beds for 7 people. Great location and view in the near centre of town and markets.

The stairs are quite steep and varied in size on the top floor between the bedroom and bathroom, great care is needed. The bathroom on top floor was very warm from the boiler. The nightclub noise was very noisy late at night for front bedroom, the ear plugs helped. Not sure which switch turned on lights under units, tried a switch and it tripped the wi-fi, managed to reconnect.
