"Location couldn't be better 👌"

Location was perfect 👍 5 mins from centre of Bath / railway station... absolutely perfect 👌

Fan in shower was on constantly upstairs bathroom & noisy. Nightclub next door - was noisy on Friday night, but to be expected over a weekend.Earplugs were provided in kitchen cupboard 👌 NB not suitable for people who have mobility issues due to stairs.

Fabulous apartment in great location - close to station, Abbey, shops The decor is lovely and such good quality linen on beds - kitchen really well equipped - it’s just like staying in your friends luxury apartment - in tbe wonderful town of Bath! Phillip is such a great host and always responded immediately with such flexibility about checking in, leaving luggage etc Cafe below is fantastic and staff really friendly and helpful - great breakfast too!

Space and the central location. Great for a weekend break. All the sights nearby.

It would have been helpful to know that that there were a lot of stairs. One of our party isn't as mobile but the bedroom layout still worked as she was on the lower bedroom floor. There was some noise from people queuing for the nightclub next door but the ear plugs solved that and it provided us with some entertainment!

Beautiful flat, great location and good facilities. Would definitely stay again

I would avoid Fri and Sat nights as nightclub downstairs. Luckily we stayed Sunday so all quiet. But it should be made clear in description.
