The Coates Gardens Residence

The spay is in a great location - close to tram, bus and rail, and an easy walk into the city.

The second bedroom is really small - really only suitable for one person not a couple. The property is also in need of some TLC - chipped paint, stained carpets and blinds, lights that did not work, sheets that did not fit properly. Also there were meant to be 2 sets of keys - but unfortunately only one set worked (fortunately we tested beforehand). We advised the property manager of the key issue but nothing was done in the week we were there - very poor.

Lovely building and situated in a great location.

The lady in charge was very efficient.

I think the deposit was unnecessary. Also the shower in the toilet could be improved. The water coming through was rather weak.

This place is fantastic. Easy travel location and a pleasure to return to after a long day out.

Lovely big living room. Lots of character. Close to the city centre but slightly out of the way so it was quiet at night. Tesco Express around the corner as well as a train, tram and bus station. We were a family of 5 and for a short stay it was great. Communication for key collection was via what's app and very helpful.

Nothing I can think of.

The property was beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. The beds were so comfy and the house was sparkling clean. The pictures don’t do it justice it had the wow factor when we arrived. It was a great location for getting to and from the city centre and the airport. The hosts could not have been any more helpful making our trip a fantastic one.

There was nothing to dislike at the property.

A bit cold but as older houses are difficult to heat it’s understandable. We loved the high ceilings and space. Shower was hot but spray was poor
