"Didn’t get to stay but took my money"

Nothing took money but apt not ready had to book somewhere else

On short notice we didn’t have room ready. If not ready monitor it better on booking.com close your booking system had lucky I had more money to book somewhere else could have been ended up with nowhere to sleep and no money
