Good location

Cleaners were rude and aggressive, lied and stated the house was needing another cleaning team pictures can be attached as a result owners kept £150 of a deposit yes £150 for some alcohol spilt on the floor, there isn’t as much as a mop for guests to clear up themselves. Scam! Not as much as a phone call from the owner to try resolve just stated keeping deposit. Shocking! And the cleaners were male, very aggressive and intimidating and spoke in a derogatory fashion to 3 females!
