The contact for getting access to the apartment was a very nice person and helpful. We were in a bind as we needed a place to stay last minute due to a last minute cancellation on out pre-booked apartment. Location was excellent only a few minutes walk from Queens University and only around a 15 minute drive to the city center. Getting access to the Apartment was easy. The décor of the apartment was very nice. Very modern and felt like it was done up recently. The shower was a personal highlight. Bed were very conformably

The kitchen door was loud (creaky) when opening and closing - was easy to mitigate by keeping it open throughout the stay. Also the main bedroom door brushed heavily off the carpet - this too was noisy but again was mitigated by keeping it open.

Exceptionally clean. Modern, easy access and check in is seamless. Lovely design throughout apartment and comfortable.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Also convenient for city centre. Would definitely stay again.

Had to chase to get security deposit returned, but I appreciate it is a busy time of year. Very helpful and friendly when I phoned.
