Compact, central apartment, dog friendly.

Perfect place for us and our dog ,the very secure outside space was wonderful

Location was excellent the fact it was quiet and you could not hear street noise. The court yard and two bathrooms. Also Juliet was so helpful and attentive to ensure we found everything we needed and the information pack was right there so we could find it.

Very central location, very helpful owner, wonderful having two bathrooms, well supplied kitchen, parking arrangements good, comfortable beds, lovely having tea/coffee available when we arrived. Kingsbridge brilliant location for visiting surrounding attractions including Buckfast Abbey and local beaches for sunsets ( see photos)

Staircase to upper bedroom a little awkward but to be expected in this type of property. Overall a great place to stay

Lovely homely little apartment, very well equipped and a lovely little sun trap on the terrace.

Stairs to upstairs bedroom a bit steep but as there were only two of us we used the downstairs bedroom

The host is great, thoughtful and kind, responds quickly, and has equipped the apartment very well with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment is clean and very quiet, despite its central location.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you could possibly need is provided. Great location to visit seaside towns like Salcombe and Torcross
