Chic one bed apartment- City Living in converted Cocoa Warehouse York PARKING

Lovely apartment in a good location. It had everything we need and was really stylish and comfortable.

Key codes were a bit of a pain but we got used to them. Directions weren’t great - would amend to say something like. If you drive into Navigation Road, you’ll see the car park in front of you (before the road bends to the left). Drive or walk through the gate at the left of the car park and the apartment block is in front of you. You can park in one the bays for 30 mins whilst you drop off your things/collect the keys and car park passes.

Property is really lovely, close to the centre but not in a busy area. Furnishings were all really nice and parking permit was much appreciated.

Everything with the apartment was great, there was a strange awful smell in the hallway nearly everyday of our stay. No idea what it was!

Clean and spacious for two. Location was good, five minute walk from the Shambles, shops, pubs etc. Didn’t use the parking but if you do drive this would be a very good perk to have as parking near the centre is at a premium
