Was v quiet & good parking, bedding was clean & bathroom v clean. Some tea/coffee supplies.

Rest of apartment needs a deep clean, especially the kitchen, if you supplied dishwasher tablets maybe visitors would clean their crockery/utensils instead of putting away dirty. Small outside area is a great addition but needs some time spent on it to tidy it up.

The property was gorgeous exactly how it was described, the landlord was very accommodating to us and was flexible too. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to reading :)

Sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen with a welcome pack, nice warm shower, comfy bed with new linen and towels, Speedy WiFi, and big smart TV with Netflix...A couple of minutes of walking beside the river and you get to restaurants and a variety of food and shopping in Reading town center. 5 minutes walk to Reading main train station. I can recommend this property of CozyNest to anyone and will book again next summer for myself.
