Velvet Nest 5 min walk from train station

Great location short walk to bars and restaurants. Next to the canal.

We knew before we booked parking was on the street but we couldn't get near the apartment. Very noisy neighbours in one of the flats next to us which kept us awake and lots of outside noise from the street.

Had everything we needed for the weekend! Lovely location, walking distance to Leamington centre and great view over the river.

It was quite noisy in the bedroom at night. We could hear buses and lots of drunken shouting outside. Not the property’s fault but something to note if you’re there on a Friday/Saturday night!

Great location, not far from our family. Velvet Nest has a very comfortable double bed, as well as a good bathroom and lounge with kitchen area & an excellent view of the river. The heating is straightforward to adjust, which is very helpful.

No problems, all good.

Very much a home from home, stylish building with views to the canal, owners very helpful with requests..

It's a wonderful spot on the canal with a wonderful view from the livingroom.

It was freshers week for uni students when I visited so foot traffic on an evening was a little loud but only before 12am.

It was in a good location
