Velvet Nest 5 min walk from train station

Lovely location overlooking the canal with lots of barges, swans and ducks to watch. Very close to convenience stores and take-aways and within walking distance of town. Flat provided all the facilities and amenities required for a relaxing stay.

A teapot would have been appreciated along with a pillow slip for the spare pillow.

Great location, walking distance to shops/restaurants in town. Nice to be in an apartment rather than hotel to have kitchen facilities. Nice view of the canal from the kitchen/living area. Good WiFi for work commitments. Comfortable bed.

A small amount of noise from the main road as bedroom is at the front of the property. Bathroom facilities on the small side but ok for us.

The property is in an excellent location and well situated for the town centre. The rooms are airy and the appliances work well, the washing machine in particular has many useful features. The furniture is good quality and suited my needs.

A dishwasher would complete the kitchen. One large saucepan in addition to the other three would be useful.
