"Great location and nicely appointed apartment."

Comfortable, great location

Bathroom smells mouldy. Unable to get fresh air in bedroom and did not want to leave front windows open. Basement flat.

"Nice little apartment shame about smell , and noises from above"

Location of facilities was perfect , accommodation was nice

The hallway and bedroom had a strong smell of cigarettes,we had to purchase air fresheners open all windows to get rid of smell as well as spray curtains and upholstery. The other issue was the noise coming from upstairs a constant banging noise from what I imagine to be coming from a washing machine??

Apartment was beautiful, everything you needed, comfortable, modern. 10 minutes into town. Excellent location, will definitely come again

Sliding shower door and I'm a little on the curvy side and struggled with the gap, apart from that marvelous

"York City break"

Nice and modern apartment, very clean, lots of space to park and a permit supplied. Security gate and key safe worked well, 100 metres from river footpath & walk into city centre in a few minutes. Liked the underfloor heating, great for cold winter evenings. Lots of nice personal touches like the Christmas tree,

Need to replace non-working light bulbs, sounds petty, sorry .... amazon firestick remote but no firestick?? (That we could see)

a really nice apartment with all the amenities you require in a great location and free parking

because the bedroom is below ground level it is pitch black during the night. OK if you like that but not, if like ourselves,you require a small amount of light to get your bearings. The underfloor heating keeps the apartment nice and warm but it can get a bit too warm and turning down the thermostat didn't seem to cool it down
