It's 10 minutes walk from the centre of york this makes it easier for shopping etc lovely location excellent apartment would highly recommend

The property was comfortable and cosey. Nice and easy to get in and out of the city

To be honest, there was nothing not to like about the property

Location , very clean and spacious

Nothing wrong about the property but the people upstairs was noisy

Furnishings were lovely

Electric heating couldn’t be adjusted was on all the time and too hot

Loved the location and the space and facilities in the flat.

The shower was a little slippy. It maybe need a mat of some sort.

Location was ideal for York Barbican and Clifford's Tower area, takes roughly 5 mins to walk to the city centre. Presentation of the apartment was lovely, myself and my partner were impressed upon arrival. Parking permit was handy! Living room/diner/kitchen was spacious and cosy, loved the little patio area although we didn't use it. Bed was comfy and well presented. Good for if you're going to the Barbican and need a place to stay.

The paintwork could do with a little updating in places where it's been scuffed. There were a few stray cobwebs in corners of rooms. Couldn't use the washing machine as no tablets/liquid etc., but didn't bother asking for any as we only stopped 2 nights. Could only find 1 toilet roll, wasn't sure where they were stored. The shower floor was quite flimsy.
