Almanna, Central York, only 6 minutes walk to York Minster

A lovely spacious apartment in a secure block just minutes from the centre of York. Very close to all the attractions yet in a quiet lane with no noise or disturbance.

Very minor points. The ensuite in double room had a dripping tap. There was a loose carpet on the stairs.

This is a spacious and quiet flat in a great central location. It's well equipped and very nicely funished and decorated. The heating warmed the flat well and there was always plenty of hot water available during our stay.

The sofa was a bit uncomfortable. There were no non-slip mats provided to put in the bath when showering.

It couldn't have been better located. Everything was provided for.

The location of the property was perfect! The beds were really comfortable and the hosts sent very clear instructions on how to access the property. I would definitely stay there again if I was in York.

This apartment is in a fantastic location very very close to all of the best areas in central York and also very quiet. The apartment was clean and spacious, both bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Close to the Christmas markets which were fantastic.

The washing machine was not working which made things a bit difficult given we were on a road trip through the UK. The apartment is a bit dated. Also worth noting (and not the fault of the hosts) but people should be aware that we parked in the Coppergate car park because the apartment is in a non-vehicle area of the city at times and despite calling the council to confirm the maximum cost per 24 hours we were charged more than £64 pounds for parking less than 48 hours.

All information on how and where to locate keys were emailed days before our arrival. The email was in my spam folder but the hosts sent again on the day.
