Almanna, Central York, only 6 minutes walk to York Minster

Nice and clean. Great location. Access instructions clear and straightforward. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Overall a really nice apartment.

This is the second time we've stayed in this building. Both times, the lift has been out of order. This apartment is on the second floor. I asked the agent twice if the lift was working this time as two of our party have mobility issues. I was informed it was working. It wasn't. This had a massive impact on our stay, resulting in one of us having to leave early due to being in considerable pain and discomfort. This spoilt our stay, and despite liking the apartment, we will not stay there again.

I have stayed here before so I knew the location and quality of the apartment was exceptional. There were 4 of us staying so two full bathrooms was really handy!

The couch/sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. As well as the two single beds that roll around the room. Everything else was really good. The self check in instructions need to be more obvious as they’re right at the bottom of the email under instructions to meet someone outside the property which is a bit confusing.

The location was brilliant, beds very comfortable and the communication from the owners was great.

No parking near the property. The kitchen and main bedroom bathroom were in need of some tlc. I thought the price of £300 was a little high for 1x night

Excellent location for visiting York. Highly recommend this property, it is comfortable and clean. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Great location, self check in, size and cleanliness of apartment, good quality furniture, nicely decorated and homely. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms..... everything you would need for a short stay provided. Umbrellas even provided and we needed them !!

Tea pot in the kitchen cupboard had old dried out teabags with mold growing on them inside. Looked like it had been there quite a while as a thick layer of fur had had time to grow. Accept that this was a small oversight as no complaint about the cleanliness of anything else in any of the rooms/bathrooms.

great location, clean, reasonably quiet, good price

hot water was scalding one of the bathroom hot taps leaked while on, sending a stream of scalding water into the bath when showering. the doors handles were all very noisy.
