Great location and excellent sized apartment in the heart of the city which was in walking distance, accesdible to all the sights.Great amenities providrd.

Only fault was that a number of things were not working in the apartment- washing machine, towel warmers.

"Fabulous Apartment"

The apartment was in a fantastic location - a few minutes from everything. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants near by. It was beautifully furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. Felt very safe and secure too.

Only minor issue was that both baths were really high, so getting into the shower was a challenge and so could have done with a hand rail.

"Appartment fab...but up 2 steep flights of stairs with no working lift!"

The appartment was lovely. It was comfy and warm with good facilities. Good central location. BUT ...

Unfortunately after booking this appartment for my two elderly sisters, the lift not working for the entirety of our stay was extremely disappointing. The appartment is two, very steep flights of stairs, up. It was reported but not resolved. It made a beautiful central location a bit of a prison for my sister with COPD as she didnt want to keep climbing the stairs.

Met the owner at the property, easy and straightforward instructions. Lovely spacious apartment in the very centre of York. Could not have been handier for everything, perfect spot in the centre of the city, but also really quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

"Great apartment, great location"

Central location, clean apartment. Had everything needed for our stay. Friendly host. Plenty of information in the pack. Will definitely come back again.

Only downside was the hot water. We could not work out how to boost it. I had plenty on the second day.
