"Clean, homely, lovely view and great staff."

Arrived to a lovely view of the sea from a lovely clean caravan which had lots of nice extra touches. It had a large shower cubicle and a superb double bedroom. My husband said it was like being in a hotel! The 'Welcome pack' was very much appreciated too. We could only stay for one night but would have happily stayed for much longer. A big thankyou to Louise who gave us lots of information about the stay and especially for taking photos of and shipping us something we accidently left in the caravan!

Nothing to complain about after 1 night.

"Very pleased homely and cosy"

I liked that it was a no fuss check in and check out.. very clean caravan had all amenities you could think off and wish for very pleased with how cosh and welcoming it was.

That we was only staying one night would love to have stayed another few days to experience the full site and all it has to offer.

Fantastic holiday home. Views were amazing. Host was very helpful. Would stay again. Great location and facilities on the park easy to get to. List of beaches was helpful for us to take the dogs out.

"Dirty, smelt, wet carpets"

The owner does try to accommodate for all needs.

Dirty, smelt of dog, mouldy freezer, hair in shower, unclean cups, location wasn't as advertised and is on a grotty Park Dean resort.

"Restful after a day of walking"

Property was spotless, & smelt lovely. Tastefully decorated with all amenities we required, including tea, coffee & milk. Very comfortable beds!

My friend was walking the length of the South West Coastal Path - the property was not within walking distance of the path where she had finished for the day in Clovelly, but it was no problem as I had a car

"Don’t bother"

Paid and the place was already filled yet no one had taken it off leaving myself and my son with no place to stay and no money to pay for anywhere else they clearly didn’t take this off booking.com and left us no where to go don’t rate this place as if they forget you will be left out of pocket and no place to stay poor effort

Didn’t get to see it as we were told it was fully booked after I paid
