Pierview Place

Location was great. Lots of space plus was nice & quiet. Would definitely recommend & would book again.

The only thing I could say is could do with blinds in the bedroom with the tv in as couldn't close the curtains due to nets so was woken up very early.

Sea View. Quiet. Spacious rooms; kings/double beds. Local taxis were quick. Close to town, walkable. WiFi. Quick text responses from Kerrina. Happy to return x

Uber not so great but local taxis were much quicker. Parking only for one car. Stairs for entry of house but not a dealbreaker. Heating was on but so cold at night; extra duvets or access to heating would help. Tight roads, steep hills.

The views were amazing the 2 main rooms were great despite being a bit dated but my clients liked them. It's was spacious and had a good location.

There was no welcome manual. We were unable to get the main television to work as a normal tv. My clients who had learning disabilities have an evening routine of tv so this was not a good start. The Internet kept going off. The dishwasher kept beeping as the on button was permanently on. We worked out after a while that if you kept it shut it stopped beeping. There was no dishcloths left to do basic clean down after meals. No instructions on where bins were and what to recycle. Real lack of communication until I complained to booking.com. The fact you can't communicate directly with host is very frustrating. The host did eventually get back to me using personal number by then we only had another night so we just got on with. I don't think i will us booking.com again. My advice to the host would be to have a welcome manual with basic instructions and also have someone local people can call in emergency. Also make sure basics work like tv and Internet. Definitely leave cloths so so people can do basic clean.

could have left note about rubbish collection/recycling what/where/when. Lacked bins in the bedrooms. Limited electric sockets. mirror not where socket was for drying hair. Need more serving bowls/plates/pans not enough for 7 people (and we were only 4 people) Small dining room and kitchen for 7 people(we were only 4 and it was tight) Needs extractor fan in bathroom to save the property damage with damp. These are "Observations" NOT a complaint....as a really lovely place.

Wonderful apartment, spacious and comfortable. Very clean and only a short walk to the beach.
