Pierview Place

Friendly host, communication was very efficient and quick. We booked and stayed after the original place we had booked was disgusting and dirty. The welcome pack was very well received, thank you! Brilliant to have the varying/ flexible, sleeping arrangements.

We would have liked a washing machine/ dryer. The hill is a bit of a climb to get up with a disabilities buggy! We couldn't figure out how to get the 'normal' TV channels on, only the apps? Whilst it was great to have off road parking, it was a bit of a faff getting on and off the drive, especially as other residents were not that considerate!

Very spacious. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean

No curtains in 1 bedroom. Dishwasher broken. Towels could have been better. Needed stool to reach cupboards in kitchen. Not enough plug sockets in bedrooms to have bedside lights.

Great location, close to pier, shops, restaurants n other places to visit.

Only one towel each / shared hand towel in bathroom No toiletries which I would expect for the price Generally needs bit of TLC especially front door (not very clean/welcoming) Kitchen- tape over ceiling cracks. Lacks information re restaurants/takeaways. Stairs(metal fire escape type) to front door no good for older people/very young children be useful to know about them prior to booking

Beds was lovely & big and comfy, apartment was a nice size, plenty of room for the 6 of us. It was nice to have the little extras, coffee..tea.. oil..salt towels & toilet rolls etc.. if u needed then.

Great host. Excellent location. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed.

Very large rooms, nicely decorated and spacious. Lovely views. Rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy.

Not enough cutlery for number of People staying. Need new tin opener, for 7 guests not enough kitchen utensils. Need small bins in bedrooms and definitely in the bathroom the women struggled without toilet bins. Some written information on how to recycle and where to put rubbish, appreciate bins down stairs but who’s was who’s etc needs to be named. Family of 7 we needed two car parking space on the property photo it gave the impression that there would be space enough but was not aware other people would be using the drive . Needs to say shared All the above are small matters but would help to complete the holiday in your wonderfully spacious accommodation. Thank you

We like how close it is to the beach and all the amenities in Weston. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very spacious. Lovely beds. Great location. Loved the little room being just off one of the larger rooms as it meant our 8 year old had her own room but was still close enough in a strange accomodation so she felt very grown up!

99% of holiday accomodations now offer a small arrival package including tea, coffee, sugar and milk some even offer some sort of breakfast or scones. We really missed not having milk on arrival as we did arrive late (obviously no fault to the owners) and did have to find a supermarket open around 11pm. But very minor complaint really.
