GBLoved the location. The apartment was bright and clean.
Could do with better blinds/curtains in the bedroom. Street lights outside shined in. Having a key for the door on the lower level would have been great. The one key we had didn't open it.

The lights downstairs were a bit hard to figure out.

There didn't appear to be an extractor fan in the WC or Shower room. We weren't sure how to control the heating
GBExcellent quiet location. Very close to station and easy walking distance into York City centre. Apartment was clean and plenty of tea coffee and UHT milk available.
The bed linen had an unpleasant musty smell. There were only 2 knives and only 2 spoons in the drawer.
GBThe apartment is in a fantastic location across the road from the train station and good walking distance from town. The apartment was quiet and split across 2 floors. The kitchen was well equipped.
We had issues with the shower not putting out hot water. This worsened over the stay but we liaised with City Apartments who apologised and offered a discount to compensate for this situation. A plumber was due to fix the issues but not in time for our stay. I would say the bedding needs upgrading, as pillows and duvet were very thing and not great quality.
