We stay in the Hudson Qtr every year this property is not on par with the others. It needs some TLC. The walls need a refresh, kitchen cupboard door loose, black mould in shower. Bathroom bin has no lid, lack of basics like kitchen roll, oven needs cleaning.

GBApartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was very good. Pleasant surroundings. Convenient for station and amenities.
On arrival we collected the keys - 1set- as expected. There should have been a second set of keys in the apartment but there was not. Management were aware of it and suggested we manage with 1 key. Not ideal .Was expecting 2 sets of 2 keys(duplex apartment with access from 2 floors) but only 1 key so could not use the access by the bedrooms.

Room to hot and very noisy
GBExcellent directions to gain access, a spacious, modern with comfortable beds, fully functional shower room including decent loo roll, heated towel rail, separate second loo, washer dryer, airer, ironing board and iron, as well as tea towel, tea, coffee and milk sachets. Great location with private, gated access opposite the railway station.
Bedrooms and toilets downstairs which was tricky with a knee injury, no scourer to wash up with, no shampoo or hairdryer (that I could find), and no basic / simple instructions on how to find Tv programmes with the two remote controls or how to use the washer-dryer. Outside flat meant the windows were all directly or indirectly overlooked which meant we kept the curtains and blinds mostly shut.

Lack of parking, complex manager was helpful but a little grumpy!
GBEverything, it was stunning, I had no idea it had two floors either. I was able to do my washing after being on our trips and ack clean clothes to go home with. Very happy. Already looking to book another stay.
There was damages to the walls in the property upon arrival but that did not make our stay any less than exceptional. Loved it.
