GBFantastic location, great flat. Very secure. Within 5 to 10 mins from york city centre. Very friendy staff, great communication.
Issues with hot water. To be fair staff responded very fast but couldnt resolve the issue, new part needed. We also had a bed collapse, but again to be fair i believe this was done by the previous guests (jumped on) and the guests had tried to hide it. Cannot open the wardrobe doors fully as the double bed is in the way.. even though we had these issues dont let it turn you off its a great place.
GBGBLuxury flat on two levels. Very well equipped. Short walk to town. The communal gardens were lovely.
We didn't have hot water. We reported the next morning and was fixed later in the day. The temperature outside was roasting, so we were all glad to get showered. The next evening, failure occurred again. Managed with cold showers.
GBGBFantastic apartment in beautiful surroundings. Really safe, gated complex with lovely communal gardens. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to station, museum gardens and the City Walls.
Nothing it was perfect.
GBGBIt was just a few minutes walk from the station and a short walk from the city centre which was great. The grounds and property felt very safe, secure, modern and clean. I really appreciated the communication through WhatsApp and being given the YouTube video on how to get to the building from the station. I don’t think I would have found it so easily without the video, given that there was roadworks and railings around the walkway near the station so would have been harder to navigate from worded directions alone. Thank you.
The mattress dipped slightly in the middle and wasn’t very comfortable. The bedroom curtains were not completely hooked onto the curtain rail. But these things are really minor. I loved my stay!

Maybe a fan in the apartment, apartment good but just that option to use fan feel a little warm at times to cool down
GBIt's close to the station and about 10 minutes stroll to city centre. It was spacious. It was relatively quiet. Beds were comfortable. Sofa was too. Would recommend!
